The apartment
Our newest studio apartment in the same building at the central station. Approx. 25 sqm, for up to three guests, quietly located, without balcony.
This studio is our latest addition, in the same building a few minutes' walk from Munich Central Station. It has been freshly prepared and is equipped just like our other apartments, but is especially quiet.
On about 25 sqm you will find two boxspring beds of 90 x 200 cm each, which can be pushed together into a double bed, plus a pull-out couch for a third guest. A dining table, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV are part of it, as are the fully equipped kitchenette and the private bathroom with shower.
The building has a lift, and check-in works independently via a key box. This apartment does not have a balcony.

Good to know
Parking is available in nearby car parks, around 24 euros for 24 hours. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The building is not specially childproofed and we do not provide a cot. Depending on the dates a minimum stay applies, you will see it on the booking page.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement, daily from 3 pm. You get the tokens at the reception in the building, one wash cycle costs around 3 euros.
The apartments are located in a building with hotel operations, but are run independently of it. For you that means: private entrance and self check-in as usual, plus a reception in the building in case you need laundry tokens.
