Studio apartment at Munich Central Station

Furnished studio apartment in a central location at Munich Central Station. Approx. 25 sqm, for up to three guests, with a kitchenette and private bathroom.

Our studio apartments are a few minutes' walk from Munich Central Station, where the district turns into Maxvorstadt. From here you reach the old town, the museums and Theresienwiese on foot, and with S-Bahn, underground and tram right outside the door you are anywhere in the city within minutes.

Each apartment is thoughtfully furnished on about 25 sqm. Two boxspring beds of 90 x 200 cm each can be pushed together into a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, exactly as it suits you. A pull-out couch offers space for a third guest. The dining table works just as well for breakfast as for working, plus there is free WiFi and a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchenette is fully ready to use, with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine as well as pots, pans, dishes and basics such as oil, salt and pepper. The private bathroom has a shower, and towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, soap and a hairdryer are ready for you.

For warm days there is a portable air conditioner, for cool days there is heating. Two of our apartments have their own balcony.

The building has a lift. You check in independently via a key box, and you receive the code two days before arrival. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 10 am. Longer stays from 28 days are possible too.

Parking is available in nearby car parks, around 24 euros for 24 hours. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The building is not specially childproofed and we do not provide a cot. Depending on the dates a minimum stay applies, you will see it on the booking page.

Washer and dryer are available in the basement, daily from 3 pm. You get the tokens at the reception in the building, one wash cycle costs around 3 euros.

The apartments are located in a building with hotel operations, but are run independently of it. For you that means: private entrance and self check-in as usual, plus a reception in the building in case you need laundry tokens.
