The apartment
Practically and comfortably furnished apartments in a quiet residential building near Wittelsbacher Park. You can choose between two 2-room flats of approx. 45 sqm each for up to four guests and a 1-room apartment of approx. 30 sqm.
The 2-room flats have two separate bedrooms, each with two boxspring beds that can be pushed together into a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, and one also has a portable air conditioner. Several tables offer space for eating and for working.
The WiFi delivers 213 Mbit/s, so video calls and streaming on several devices are no problem.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and wine glasses. The new bathroom is spacious and has a shower, and shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are available.
You choose which type you get during booking. The units differ slightly in layout and furnishing, and not every photo matches every flat exactly.

Good to know
The flats are on the second and fourth floor respectively and are reached by stairs, there is no lift. Inside the flat there are no steps. Parking in the neighbourhood is tight, so with a car we recommend the nearby car park. Washer and dryer are in the basement and run on 50-cent coins. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. There are no child safety devices and no cot. Depending on the dates a minimum stay applies, you will see it on the booking page.
