The apartment
Freshly renovated 2-room flat in a townhouse more than 400 years old, right in Augsburg's Old Town. Approx. 40 sqm, for up to four guests.
The flat sits in a small side street near the pedestrian zone, quiet and yet right in the middle of things. Town hall, cathedral, Maximilianstraße and the Fuggerei are a few minutes away on foot, and the Brecht house and lovely cafés are right on the street.
The separate bedroom has a large double bed of 180 x 200 cm. In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to two more guests, plus a 40-inch TV with Fire TV and a Bluetooth sound system by Bose. The dining table works as well for eating as for working, and the WiFi delivers 55 Mbit/s, enough for video calls and streaming.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine, French press, toaster, kettle as well as dishes, pots, pans and wine glasses.
The new bathroom is generously sized, with a large bathtub and its own washing machine inside the flat. Detergent, shampoo, shower gel, soap and a hairdryer are available.
Check-in works independently via a key box, and you receive the code two days before arrival.

Good to know
The flat is on the second floor and reached by stairs, there is no lift. Parking is possible in nearby car parks or for a fee on the street. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
